5) SoCal Pro Heavyweight Championship: SoCal Crazy defeated SCP Heavyweight Champion and member of The Elite, "Radiant" Jason Redondo with a debuting Trina Michaels via disqualification. Redondo retained the SCP Heavyweight Title.
As SoCal Crazy was seconds away from pinning Redondo and becoming the new SoCal Pro Heavyweight Champion, Scott Lost and Joey Ryan interfered and broke the referee's count in order for Redondo to get disqualified. The locker room emptied and the wrestlers brawled in the ring until Commissioner Durwood Murray came into the ring to restore order. Murray stated that since there was interference in the title match, the best decision would be to have a rematch for the title at the next SoCal Pro show. Murray would also mention that the rematch would be contested in a Lumberjack Strap Match for the SoCal Pro Heavyweight Championship.
SoCal Pro Wrestling will return to the Oceanside Boys and Girls Club in Oceanside,
California, on Saturday, January 10, 2009 with "New Year's Retribution '09."
